Professional Development Programs for Educators!
The “Secret Language of Equity™” programs deliver an interactive educational experience that’s all about HOW TO more effectively reach students of color, especially the so called under-achievers. Educators will learn what it means to have genuine “regard” for a student — based on who that student is, and their particular life circumstances — in a manner that leads to transformation. The primary goal is to build solid bridges to targeted youth for the purpose of inspiring them to succeed, as well as to increase an educator’s capacity for connecting with youth of color in a deeper manner due to being aware of their specific values and sensibilities.
The Secret Language of Equity™ Executive Coaching packages & Professional Development workshops offer School Leaders “7 Key Practices” that will assist them to build a more sustainable and meaningful relationship with their students… And… Most importantly, these seven golden keys also function as 7 strategic steps to transform a school’s culture, by providing administrators, teachers and staff with an easy-to-follow roadmap for creating – and sustaining – an environment that supports “Educational Equity.”
